He’s open 7.30am–10pm Monday to Friday, 8am–9pm at weekends and available on bank holidays. During opening hours Shaun aims to reach most Worthing addresses within 20–30 minutes, and often sooner. What happens if you can’t fix my lock?
There are no hidden charges if we cannot fix it. In the unlikely event we can’t open your lock or solve the problem, there is no charge at all. You’ll always get a clear quote before any work starts.
Can you get me back in without damaging my door?
In most lockouts, yes. Non-destructive entry is always the first approach. If a lock has to be drilled or replaced, Shaun will explain why and agree the price with you first.
What is an anti-snap lock and do I need one?
Many uPVC and composite doors use standard euro cylinders that can be “snapped” by burglars in seconds. An anti-snap cylinder rated to TS007 3-star or SS312 Diamond standard resists this attack and is often recommended by insurers. A quick security check will tell you whether your doors need upgrading.
